Please contact us before shipping any item back.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please include a copy of the receipt or packing slip with the return.

Special Order items may not be returnable or may require a re-stocking fee from the vendor.
Orders that are 31-59 days old may be accepted and given a store credit.
Orders more than 60 days old will not be accepted. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We usually process refunds within 1-3 days after receipt.
You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was shipping error or warranty issue. Shipping costs are non refundable.
