In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or inaccurate pricing information received from our suppliers, Agri Sales Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. This right applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued to your account for the full amount of the incorrect price.
