36" Belt Drive Fiberglass Exhaust Fan
AP's Basic Belt Drive fan includes
shutter, heavy powder coated guard, all aluminum and stainless steel
mounting hardware, and fiberglass housing with a lifetime warranty.
Fan Motors
Only 56 frame TEAO dual voltage motors are used in AP belt drive fans.
These motors are specially designed to match the propellers and fan for
optimal performance and efficiency.
Belt Tighteners:
All belts stretch, the question is, who checks for slippage? Why spend
big money on a high tech fan only to lose that efficiency months later
to improperly tightened belts. All AP belt drive fans come standard with
an automatic belt tightener. Less hassle and continued performance
month after month.
Drive Train:
"Heavy-duty" best describes the AP belt fan drive train. 1" material
drive shafts allow for larger cast iron pillow block bearings to be used
resulting in a durable, long lasting piece of equipment. In addition,
the large pulleys allow for longer belt life and smoother operation.
Fiberglass Props:
AP fan props are carefully balanced to provide smooth and efficient
operation. Constructed of a strong and durable fiberglass blend, these
props will outlast most other blades of plastic, steel, or cast
aluminum.
Fan Guards:
AP's fan guard is made of heavy steel with a baked on powder coat finish.
Shutter Retainers:
Shutter retainers are standard on all 36" and 50" Performer Series fans.
These retainers prevent damage to the shutter caused by high winds.
Discharge Cones:
The optional discharge cone for the Performer series fans is designed to increase airflow and efficiency by approximately 15%.
