Chore-Time Replacement Switch #46091

The Chore-Time #46091 SPDT Actuator Switch is a replacement switch used in the Chore-Time #7840 Switch and Plate Assembly for extension hoppers in poultry and livestock feed line systems. The switch is also identified as the Honeywell BA 1RV4-H1.

This heavy-duty electromechanical switch features a long lever actuator for dependable mechanical operation within the hopper switch assembly. The SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) configuration provides three screw terminals for connection to the feed system control circuit.

When installed in the Chore-Time #7840 assembly, the switch helps control feed system operation in response to feed level and mechanical movement within the extension hopper. It is an economical replacement when the switch has worn or failed without requiring replacement of the complete switch and plate assembly.

The electrical ratings printed on the switch include 20A at 125, 250 or 480 VAC, along with motor ratings of 1 HP at 125 VAC and 2 HP at 250 VAC.
