Replacement polyester screen for the Rusco Spin Down Filters. Filter size is determined by the inlet & outlet size of the water supply on the filter body, not by cover or element diameter.

IMPORTANT: HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT SCREEN

The filter size is determined by the inlet and outlet pipe connection size on the filter body — where the water pipes connect to the filter.

Follow these steps:

Find the inlet and outlet connections. These are the threaded openings on each side of the filter body where the water supply pipes connect.
Identify the connection size. Your Rusco filter will have a nominal connection size of 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", or 2". This is the pipe size, NOT the outside diameter measured with a ruler.
Select the replacement screen that matches your filter size. The 3/4" and 1" filters use the same replacement screen.

NOTE: The 3/4" and 1" replacement screens are interchangeable. They are the SAME SIZE.

Remember

Filter size = Nominal size of the water pipe connections on the filter body.
Screen size = Actual length and diameter of the removable screen element.
Clear housing size = DO NOT use this measurement to select your replacement screen.
